Chen Liu

Mr. Liu Chen brings 20 years of experience in investment and product management and R&D in the technology industry, with rich expertise in semiconductor technology R&D and equity investment.

Prior to joining Oceanpine Capital, Mr. Liu served as Senior Investment Advisor at E-Town Capital, where he led and participated in numerous significant investments. He also served as Product Manager and Principal Engineer at Ericsson, where he was deeply involved in the development of several generations of key products.

Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware, and is a CFA charterholder.
