Oceanpine Capital (the “Firm”) has recently received reports and verification inquiries regarding suspected illegal activities perpetrated by bad-faith actors impersonating the Firm through forged contracts, fabricated corporate seals and other means.
To safeguard the Firm’s reputation, rights and interests, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of investors, Oceanpine Capital hereby issues the solemn statement set forth below:
1. The Firm has not authorised any institution or individual to conduct fundraising, wealth-management product sales, digital-asset transactions or any other activities in the name of the Firm. All such activities undertaken by third parties purporting to act on behalf of the Firm constitute impersonation. They bear no legal or commercial connection whatsoever with Oceanpine Capital, and the Firm shall not assume any obligations, liabilities or legal consequences arising therefrom in accordance with applicable law.
2. Any unauthorised use by any entity or individual of the Firm’s name, corporate seals, trademarks, corporate logos, trade name, employee names, employee likenesses and the like constitutes a serious infringement. The Firm reserves all rights to pursue the relevant responsible parties for criminal, administrative and civil liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. The Firm specially reminds investors to remain vigilant and distinguish genuine information from falsehood. Please mandatorily verify any documents, contracts, notices or promotional materials purporting to raise funds in the name of the Firm via the Firm’s official channels. Do not trust false information disseminated by bad-faith actors, and refrain from transferring funds or making payments to any unverified accounts. If you have suffered losses as a result of unlawful conduct, please promptly file a report with local public-security authorities to protect your legitimate rights and interests under the law.

Should you hold any relevant clues, please submit them to the Firm through the Firm’s official channels.
